Handmade Block Printed Fabrics by Galbraith & Paul
In a world where everything is churned off of an assembly line somewhere in China, it is so refreshing to see textiles made at the hands of true artisans. From their Philadelphia studio, Galbraith & Paul continue the old world tradition of hand block printing on beautiful Shantung silks, linens and velvets. In the studio, artisans utilize Liz Galbraith's signature color palettes and patterns when block printing the fabrics with paints. It is her amazing eye for color that is attributed to the creation of this classic and timeless textile line.
